Island Club offers stunning oceanfront views, comfortable furnishings and island vibes throughout this beautifully updated 4th floor condo.

The open concept floor plan features a comfortable living area with a Smart TV and access to the private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. Views from the ocean can be seen from the dining area and kitchen as well. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar.

The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances and every cooking utensil and gadget you'll need to prepare meals for your family.

The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV, a writing desk, ocean views and has a private bathroom with double sinks and a large, tiled walk-in shower.

One guest room has a king bed and features a private balcony over looking the ocean, as well as a Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The third guest room has a queen bed, twin bunks, a flat screen TV, desk area, ocean views and has access to a hall bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower.

Island Club HOA permits parking for 1 vehicle per unit.

Everything was great but could you maybe please consider an extra soap in the bathrooms so guests have one for the shower? We aren’t accustomed to packing our own soap when we travel and I’d venture to guess we aren’t alone in that. Hand soap in the kitchen would be so nice too. Other IC villas have always included this. Charge an extra few dollars to cover it if it’s that big a hit to your budget ; )

We had a great time at this unit. The view was beautiful; we actually saw a buck and a doe walking behind the unit. The unit itself was furnished nicely and very comfortable. The only thing we wished we had some chair for the beach. We didn't bring any because the last place we stayed had chairs for us to use. With golf clubs and luggage, it was a lot to bring. But overall, it was a wonderful stay and would go again.

July 4th week!

We’ve stayed at multiple properties in island club over the last 10 years. This was our favorite. Quiet side of the property. But easy access to everything. Kitchen had everything we needed. Second fridge was a help, too.Clean. Good communication. Good AC. No problems to speak of. We’d absolutely book this again!
