Located on Hilton Head Island, Waterside is just 2 blocks from the Beach and Atlantic Ocean and features 2 outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a children’s area.

Enjoy nearby golf, tennis, and proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shops, as this property is only a short walk from the Coligny Beach and Plaza area.

THE SPACE

This spacious 3BR/3BA villa is over 1,700 sq ft and provides the privacy of separate bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, with ensuite bathroom . The second bedroom also has a King size bed with bathroom, while the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. There is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

At the end of each day, gather the family together to enjoy your favorite movie or whip up a quick snack in your fully-equipped Kitchen, which includes Stove, Oven, Microwave, full sized Refrigerator, and Dishwasher, along with a dining table to fit six people comfortably.

This unit also has a private balcony with table and chairs, and offers a lagoon view. Enjoy the views while drinking your coffee in the morning or enjoying a beverage of choice in the evening.

There is also a Washer / Dryer conveniently located inside your unit.

The Shipyard Golf Club is 1.1 miles from the Spinnaker Waterside Resort.

Please note that this listing includes multiple weeks available. The photos reflect the interiors of several different units you might be assigned, depending on which specific week you book. However, these units all have the same basic floorplan, with the general decor and layout reflected in the photos. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

GUEST ACCESS

This is a Resort Hotel property. Guests will have their own private unit, but resort amenities (Pools, Hot Tubs, Gym located at the S.R. Hotel, etc.) will be shared with other guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this minimum age requirement for the primary Guest who will be checking in. Your security deposit will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.

- Waterside is professionally managed and operated by Spinnaker Resorts. The Front Desk is staffed for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance.

- Check In time is 4:00pm (or after) and check out time is 10:00am. Please check with the resort Front Desk for any possibility of earlier unit availability and / or early use of the resort amenities during check-in days.

- Please note that once you Check In and get access to your unit, if you encounter any issues or concerns regarding Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc…please contact the Front Desk / Office IMMEDIATELY. The staff members on-site provide the best opportunity to get any concerns resolved in the fastest and most efficient manner.

- Two FREE parking passes are included with this unit. If you need a parking pass for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee.

- Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. If you need additional items or want fresh bedding linens or towels during your stay, please contact the Front Desk.

- Although bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, you may want to bring some of your own if you have a favorite pillow or blanket.

- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofa during your stay, I do personally recommend (if possible) bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed.

- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However, there is a Washer / Dryer conveniently located inside your unit for your personal use. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay, it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the resort Front Desk.

- Utensils, Dishes, and some basic Pots and Pans are provided. If something appears to be missing, you can contact the Front Desk and possibly get it dropped off (if they have it). However, if you plan on cooking a lot of meals inside your unit, or plan any special dishes, I do recommend bringing your favorite Large Frying pan (or Large Sauté Pan, Wok, Crockpot, etc, etc) for cooking. This way you will have something you are comfortable using and you will know exactly how things will cook in it. You may also want to bring your favorite Kitchen knife(s) for food prep.

- Pool towels are provided for free, and they can be exchanged for fresh ones on an unlimited basis.

- If you or your family owns and likes larger Beach Towels, I recommend bringing them, along with any other Beach Blankets / Chairs / Umbrellas / Equipment you want at the beach. If you don’t bring your own Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Equipment, etc., you can rent the equipment on HHI.

- Usage of the Fitness Center / Indoor Pool at SR Hotel available (a different location). Only $20 additional per unit for the entire week (this covers your entire groups staying in your unit, so it offers a very good value). This $20 fee is payable directly to Spinnaker Resorts at Check In. Fitness Center / Indoor Pool facilities open at 6am from Mon to Fri, and includes showers / changing room.

- You will see wildlife native to South Carolina, including occasional glimpses of alligators that may be lounging in the lagoon areas. So please DO NOT attempt to swim in the lagoons.

This condo offers its guests an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center. This condo also features laundry facilities and an elevator. For a fee, parking is available.
