Enjoy this completely remodeled one level villa with breathtaking views of the George Fazio Golf Course!

Invite your friends over and enjoy watching your favorite show with plenty of seating in the living room or relish in a card game on the outside patio while taking in the beautiful scenery and golfers. There is a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

The primary suite includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and access to the private patio. The primary bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with a tiled walk in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a large closet, and smart TV. The guest bathroom has a tub shower combination.

Create a fantastic meal in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and plenty of cabinet space! The kitchen has a breakfast nook with seating. The dining room table has seating for six in this open concept villa.

The private patio has seating and a gas grill for enjoying your meals over looking the views of the George Fazio Golf Course.

The beach is easily accessed by a short bike ride, evener shorter drive or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy. This is a seasonal on-call shuttle service for Palmetto Dunes guests only.

The community amenities include an on-site pool and private tennis courts. Guests are close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer golfing, pickleball, tennis, fishing, miles of bike paths and of course the beach!

Awesome HH experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about the place was great...the location, the amenities in the resort area and a number of small touches in the unit that made it feel like home away from home
