Your Balcony to the Ionian Sea is waiting for you. Come and enjoy our space suitable for families and friends. Our vila is easily accessed by the main road and is close to the beautiful beaches of the area ( just a 10' ride by the car)

Our villa offers amazing sea views and you'll find everything necessary to make your visit comfortable including free parking. In the apartment there's 1 double bed, 4 single beds and a couch where someone can comfortably sleep . Everything's arranged as in the pictures with one single bed and the couch placed in the kitchen-living room area. All the rooms have closets with hangers.
The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook if you don't want to eat out or enjoy breakfast (including my Mama's famous homemade marmalade) and morning coffee before going to the beautiful beaches of the area. In the bathroom you'll find a shower with shampoo, toothpaste and towels for everyone. There's also an iron and hair dryer and you can have use of the washing machine for a *small fee*.
All the rooms have a view to the sea and the garden but nothing compares to the wonderful balcony where you'll be able to enjoy the view to its maximum. The balcony's perfect for enjoying long meals and there's access to a BBQ. If you have a portable telescope bring it, the stars are amazing!
There's many fruit trees in the garden which you're welcome to enjoy, just remember to leave some for us :)

We're renting the first floor apartment of our 3 floor villa. You'll have access to the first floor and the area in front. When me or my parents are there you might want to join us for dinner or a BBQ and try some typical dishes. Of course you'll have free access to the parking space.

I'll make sure to be there for your arrival and the first few days to make sure there aren't any problems and you'll also have my phone and email for 24/7 contact. Before arrival I'll provide you with the important information like how to find us, a taxi number, the most interesting places and the best places to eat in the area.

** Please do note that the washing machine can be used for a small fee while the parking place is shared and unless discussed before arrival , there is space for one car.

As a guest of this cottage, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this Himarë cottage.
