Escape from everyday life to the spectacular Seneca Shores! This gorgeous lake home is situated right off the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and features over 4,000 square feet of living space! Guests of all ages will enjoy the open floor plan and fantastic accommodations which make this house the perfect destination for your next vacation.

A private driveway, lined with mature pines, leads to the main entry accessed by a cement ramp leading to a 36" wide entrance door. The spacious, bright kitchen boasts brand new, black stainless steel appliances, oak cabinetry, and an abundance of counter space for meal prep or buffet style serving. Bar seating for 5 is just on the other side of the kitchen island, making it a great place for conversing and gathering while meals are being prepared. The kitchen opens up into a large great room facing the lake, with multiple windows and a sliding glass door that leads out to the deck.

The living room area offers plenty of sleeping space, with two sofas and an over-sized chair for lounging. Additional bar seating by the stairs is perfect for enjoying drinks or a friendly game of cards. Across from the living room is a large dining table with seating for 8, and a conveniently located half bath.

The spacious first floor master suite offers extra wide doors to the walk in closet and en suite bath for easy accessibility. A large king bed faces the south wall of the house, and over-sized windows and a sliding glass door to the deck provide abundant natural light as well as a beautiful view of the lake. Just off the kitchen is a large den style bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV, and sliding pocket doors for privacy.

The second floor of Seneca Shores provides guests with additional sleeping accommodations and excellent lake views. The family room at the top of the stairs features two large sofas, a large flat screen cable TV, and over-sized windows. The master suite on the south end includes a walk in closet, king-size bedroom set, flat screen cable TV, an en-suite bathroom, and a linen closet. Sliding doors near the bed lead outside to a private balcony overlooking the lake. An additional master suite at the north side of the family room contains a king size bedroom set, en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and sliding glass doors that lead to an additional private balcony!

Two additional bedrooms are located in the rear of the family room, each with its own flat screen TV. These bedroom share a full bathroom off the hallway, with his and her sinks and a shower/tub combo.

The lower level of this spectacular lake house offers a game room for your entertainment pleasure. Spend time playing shuffleboard, enjoying the fireplace and making memories with your friends and family. A grand, 15' x 64' lakeside deck features vinyl railings with tempered glass inserts to accentuate the exceptional view - great for outdoor entertaining and barbecues. The hot tub on the deck seats 6, and is the perfect spot for enjoying a glass of wine after a day of visiting the local wineries.

The large, gently sloping yard is ideal for enjoying outdoor sports, and there is a gentle, graded path leading to 100 feet of natural, walk-in lakefront. A permanent dock is available for mooring your boat, and a free public boat launch is just down the street. For guests that enjoy a more physical way of enjoying the lake and surrounding coves, a canoe and kayak are provided too. Spend the day on the water and the evening by the lake around the campfire! Popular wineries are abundant within a short drive, including Herman J Weimer Vineyard, Torrey Ridge Winery and Meadery, and Glenora Wine Cellars. The popular Windmill Farm and Craft Market, Geneva children's splash park, State Park gorge, and international racetrack are within 20 minutes of Seneca Lake.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
