The gal at the front desk with blonde hair and the double heart pendant necklace who was from the south was the sweeest gal ever. Super friendly and acomadated us with a room facing the back so we could keep an eye on our U-Haul. Breakfast was great and coffee was hot

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and my husband and I slept comfortably. I didn't even bring my pillow like I typically do. I liked how quiet it was.

Definitely recommend

Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel appears to be recently renovated. Room was clean and quiet. Hot tub temp could have been a little warmer, but everything was clean. Breakfast was standard. This hotel has nice hot water for showers, which is a rarity for hotels. We look forward to coming back again.

There was not any hot water from check in Thursday until sometime later Friday afternoon. I was not told or made aware of it by the front desk at check in, but by other guests who had already checked in. No apologies or attempts to make it right were made. Myself and 2 young kids had to get ready for a wedding with freezing water- very very brutal. When we walked into our room someone had clearly been sleeping on top of our sleets/ pillows- there was dirt/ crumbs on the bed with an indent of were someone clearly was. This was Thursday and we had to get to a rehearsal dinner so I didn't say anything. Also- my In laws said their rooms were dirty so I would be chancing getting a dirtier room that what we had. We didn’t die- and your only option is this hotel if you want to stay in Mora- they clearly know that. If you can choose to stay in a different town- I’d highly suggest it. …now I’m just hoping we don’t have bed bugs!
