Marina Views is a beautifully appointed holiday townhome located on the marina at Hindmarsh Island. With three comfortable bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, it sleeps up to six guests, making it the ideal family retreat. Enjoy breathtaking marina views from the living areas and balcony, where you can watch the boats glide by and soak in the peaceful surroundings.
One of the key features of this townhome is its proximity to local amenities. A short stroll will take you to The Islander Tavern, where you can enjoy delicious meals, cocktails, and a great atmosphere right by the water. For guests with a boat, Marina Views offers the convenience of docking directly in front of the property (for a small additional fee), making your water-based adventures easy and accessible.
The townhome is family-friendly and welcomes small dogs under 12kg, so even your furry friend can enjoy the holiday. Hindmarsh Island offers plenty of outdoor activities, including boating, fishing, and exploring nearby Goolwa, which is only a short drive away. While in Goolwa, you can discover the vibrant local café scene, visit historic sites, or head to the coast for beach walks.
Dining options around the area are abundant. In addition to The Islander Tavern, you’ll find a variety of restaurants and cafés in Goolwa and Middleton, making it easy to indulge in local cuisine during your stay.

Small dogs are welcome to holiday with you. There is a $75 pet fee payable after booking.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
A $300 refundable bond will be held the day before your stay and voided after you vacate once the property is checked.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
