I had to change from my first room due to the severe lack of cleanliness. The bed, towels, and chairs were dirty, and there were broken items in the room. I was told that all the rooms were in similar condition and was offered a cover to place over the dirty chairs. The second room was no better and had the same cleanliness and maintenance issues. Additionally, the front door would not open all the way. This experience was unacceptable for a paying guest. I do not recommend staying here, especially if you are on vacation.

The room was NOT CLEAN at all! I literally was picking hair out of the bed, I had to turn the blanket around to where the bottom tucked part was up by my face. The top part smelt like breath and dirty hands. The bathroom sink had toothpaste spit on the mirror. And the lamp by the bed looked like it had splattered blood on it.

People were in and out of the back doors at all times of night being very loud making it hard to sleep. The bathroom had black mold in it above entry door and around the trim shower area half the channels on the tv mainly all local channels were out completely bed sheets had dirt on the bed when arrived

We arrived at 3 pm on Thanksgiving Eve, place our things in the room and left out to my son's place to start cooking. We didn't return until 9:30 pm. We did not get to sleep in the room due to roaches take over. We contacted to front desk and they was only able to refund me for 2 nights and not the whole stay 3 nights. I will never stay in Country Inn and Suites again. The front desk persons was so negative. She told me, you will be back because there's nothing in Hinesville.Trust me you'll be back. I have grown to hate staying in hotels. I didn't return and stay down the street at a new and very clean hotel. They need to stunt that place down.

There was candy on the floor from the last person who stayed in the room. The sheets were dirty. The cabinet that the refrigerator sits in needed to be wiped down. The sink clogged up. The outside looked trashy. There were old grills and items that were just stacked up.

The hotel was okay, the housekeeping area I was not satisfied with at all. I stayed for 4 nights and on the 3rd day I had requested to have the room refreshed since I had towels and trashing piling up. I did not know at the time but I had spoken to the assistant manager who quickly said they will clean the room the next day. The next morning I set aside my belongings so housekeeping can clean freely. I came back from being out most of the day to find my room the exact way I’ve left it, no cleaning done, towels and trashing untouched. I did report this and was told the general manager would be made aware. I do not understand why when I requested for the room to be cleaned I was brush away with “no” basically. However, there were a couple of ladies overnight at the front desk who were always friendly and very helpful.

Disgusting… for many reasons, listed from bad to worse: 1. Whafted with the smell of weed as I stepped off the elevator. 2. Water covering the floor of the bathroom (as I walk into the room for the first time) 3. The microwave in the room is honestly nauseating. I had to hold my nose when I opened the door to it otherwise I would lose my appetite. You can tell it’s never been wiped down in its life. 4. No shower curtain? Called to make sure that isn’t the standard for this hotel and was told “Yeah there is supposed to be a shower curtain. I have some down here, come and get it.” So I marched down three flights of stairs to get a shower curtain and take it back upstairs to put it on!!!! Was told “you’re welcome” as if they did me a huge favor by giving me a shower curtain to go put on… 5. Two days into my stay I realized there are fuzzy black patches on the towel I have been drying my face and toothbrush on. I put my glasses on and realize it’s HAIR!!!! Black, curly hair… all over multiple towels... I guess you get what you pay for!
