Property needs renovations. Hall carpets looked worn/unclean, ceiling grid in bathroom rusted, drain plug for bathtub was in the soap tray, base mold missing in places, floor covering had several damaged spots, walls had dings that needed patching and painting. The parking lot on my end had several unsavory looking characters hanging out from 2 or 3 AM until sun up, I'm not sure if they were guests or just visiting a guest.
