Extremely nice staff. Really clean and comfortable room. The hotel itself was very clean. Will definitely be coming back to stay at this location next time also. Really happy with their service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and clean. We couldnt change the room temperature so it was a bit cold, also there was no shower gel or soap. Breakfast was great so overall happy guests. Pool was also brilliant

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. Kimberly was a fountain of information, providing us with ideas on things to see and do and what to look out for! Kudos to the woman that handled the breakfast set up every morning. She was pleasant, patient and accommodating. A great experience overall.

For the pric, this place is not there ... from using scented laundry (too strong) and the place is a little run down and not as tidy as it could be, breakfast buffet has no healthy options, televisions don't work great, weak wifi ... will not stay there again

Friendly staff, spacious clean rooms

Pricey, but that’s probably expected considering its summer and the limited accommodation options around Jasper National Park. Great that there was 24/h staff in the lobby; they were also super friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast, but relatively decent.
