My family and I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the coffee station being available throughout the day and night—such a nice touch! The pool area was quiet and relaxing, although the jets in the hot tub didn’t seem to be working during our visit. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. A special mention to the breakfast staff—they were fantastic! Always friendly and attentive, and they kept the breakfast area fully stocked and spotless. I’d definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel! We stayed at your hotel for two nights and had booked a good room. However, when we returned to our room on the second day, we found that it had not been made up, even though we had informed one of the staff members in the morning before leaving. We were quite disappointed by this oversight, as we expected the room to be cleaned and refreshed during our absence. We hope you will take note of this and ensure better communication and service in the future. Thanks Thank you.

I have been to this hotel several times in the past. However, feel not properly maintained this time. Towels and toiletries were not available when we entered the room and had to collect it from the front desk. I would expect the rooms should be ready with basic amenities for the guest.
