Clean and good condition

The hotel was clean, and although I had some difficulty with the reservation at first, the staff handled it quickly. The pool was a bit cold, but since there were no people, I enjoyed it. The hot tub was small but nice and hot. Overall, I liked the bright and clean facilities, and the male cleaner was also very friendly.

Disappointed

Disappointed that the heat was broken in the pool area. We brought 6 kids and had to use the towns local recreation centre to swim. Had we have known, we would have booked elsewhere. We normally book this hotel and the pool and water slide are the highlight. Paid an extra $20 bucks and a drive to a rec centre.

Best in the West.

Great parking, lots of electrical plugins for cold weather. Restaurants close by. Handy access by frontage road. Lots of lights and good security. Check out Milos Grill, a 2 minute walk east of the Hotel. 👍😊

Don’t stay here if you need to sleep in, each morning at 0500 we were woken up by a buzzer going off in the kitchen, the front desk staff pretended to not know what we were talking about but this kitchen is right beside the front desk. Speaking of breakfast it was brutal, worst I’ve had at a holiday inn. If your kids like to swim being a dry suit, so cold we could almost skate on it….
