My stay was excellent the front desk staff made me feel safe… but was going through a domestic crisis and the staff made sure I was safe safe without being in my personal business.

Tons of shops and restaurants. Old property and had pests all in the room. Spiders webs in the shower, holes and cracks in ceiling, bathroom door handle loose…. Old smell. I recorded to recorded 2 roaches, a spider, and a lizard all in my room within 3 hours. Staff moved us to another room at 3am.

Room was never cleaned each day. Just given towels, trash and beds were never serviced in 3 days. Only 1 ice maker on 1st floor even though room said one per floor.

The toilet was leaking and had an ice bucket catching the water. The shower rod was broken and to shower, you had to hold the shower curtain shut. The beds had crumbs in them. The worst part was, the worker that I reported these issues to told me the manager said the manager told her that he would refund me one night upon check out on Sunday. However, when I was checking out, the manager refused to refund the one night. He said he could only take 50% off one night. He said the issues I had weren’t that big of a deal. Obviously, he is not concerned about hospitality or honoring his words.

Very basic room. I asked for clean linens as the set on the bed had stains and the front desk brought a new set that was balled up and placed on the dresser. I asked if I had to put them on myself and she said “yes housekeeping left for the evening”

While they are renovating I can I ever look some things. Our first night, the A/C hardly kept the room at 75 so I didn’t sleep, the mattress was about as comfortable as a park bench and the toilet paper holder fell out of the cabinet. We got another room to which they happily obliged. The second room had blood drop stains on the couch. Also, the pool is closed permanently.
