Room wifi, TV, washing machine, iron are all provided. Air-conditioning provided can be heating or cooling air depending on your need. Kitchen is also equipped with basic cooking appliances/utensils. With toilet and bath. Smart lock is installed to add safety and security.

This apartment is provided with hotel quality supplies such as towels, tooth brush set, body wash & shampoo, etc. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay.

Getting Around:

15 mins via tram from Hiroshima Station to Kanayamacho Station.

3 minutes walk from nearest tram station.



Other Things to Note:

The room is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual. No pets allowed. No parties or events please.



Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.
