Great hotel, So-so location

I suppose you could say this hotel is ideally situated between Hiroshima Station and the Peace Park. Only problem is, it's a not especially pleasant 20-minute walk to either.There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, but you'll probably end up taking a cab instead. Now the hotel itself is great, modern and clean with friendly and attentive staff. If hotel breakfast is your thing I'd recommend an executive room — this way you can enjoy your morning meal in relative peace without having to deal with the carnage and chaos in the main restaurant downstairs.

We stayed in 5 different hotels while in Japan and this was our favorite!!! Very well appointed, clean, friendly, concierge was English speaking, indoor pool (that my daughter was allowed to swim in!), quiet, comfortable beds! The breakfast buffet was the best we had. My wife and I are both gluten free and they actually had GF rolls!!! Happy Hour in the bar/restaurant was great with amazing cocktails. The only complaint I would have is that the rooms are on the smallish side, but other than that I'd give it a perfect score.

The hotel looks and feels fantastic. The staff were fantastic and very polite. The location is devent enough. The room was very nice qith good amenities but the noise that comes through from the room above really surprised me for a hotel of this class. Footsteps very audible and anything more noisy than thay was very noticeable. Hard to recommended when you pay this much and have to put up with all thay banging

Loved this hotel

Amazing experience at this hotel! The pool and gym were fantastic. We loved the bar and enjoyed some great cocktails. There is a great little coffee place across the road from the hotel that was an extra bonus.

Unreal hotel

Upon arriving at this hotel, my bag appeared to be out of the taxi and checked in before I stepped out the car, exceptional service on that front. This was quite possibly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in - I was sad to leave. The room was spacious, had excellent views, a complete blackout blind, gorgeous split bathroom. Everything was amazing. The pool and jacuzzi is a great bonus and there’s no fee. We also dined at Sensui where Ken was our chef and he was fabulous. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. I want to come back to Hiroshima immediately just to stay in this hotel.
