Great Onsen and bedrock sauna on 9th floor and outside tub and room very good. Breakfast and dinner included buffet style not very good but it is optional, not many options nearby. Located in a residential area, high on a hill overlooking the bay so good views but not convenient.

The spa was closed and the outdoor tub in our suite did not look clean. Also, the pool was closed. We were not told this when we booked and I specifically asked around 1pm when I tried to check in early and was told to ask again at check in (at 3pm when it was too late to cancel. This was hidden as the spa had been closed for several weeks with no foreseeable reopen date. Very disappointing. Everything else was good.

Wonderful Stay Again!

This was my second stay at the Live Max Miyahama Resort. I was running late and going to miss dinner. The reception called me to ask if I was going to make it. The dining room even stayed open an addition 30 minutes for me to finish eating. Very kind and professional establishment! Will keep coming back!

腰痛が改善しました。

景色と温泉が最高です。初めて岩盤浴を体験しましたが、腰痛がよくなりました。温質もよくすべすべで温度は低めですが、温まります。景観はよく、夜も工場の明かりで興味深い感じでした。サウナで熱波師の体験も面白かったです。

浴衣の半天が人数分無いのは他の方の口コミどおり。 部屋には、館内着（スーパー銭湯で着るような上下分かれたズボンタイプ）が用意されているので、それを着るならそこまで気にしなくてもいいのかも。 施設は概ね、満足なのですが、エレベーターホールの絨毯に細かいゴミ？などが絡みついていたり、端に埃がたまって白くなっていたのは気になるところ。 一番残念なのは食事会場。宿泊客に対して圧倒的に席と人手が足りてない。 時間通りに行っても前の時間の組が食事中で待ちが発生。 料理の補充もかなり一生懸命やって頂くのですが、間に合わず。料理がおいしいだけに、スカスカのバイキング場は残念でした。時間が経てばやがて補充はされるのですが、自分が欲しい物が出てくるまで待つしかないのはなかなか。。 種類も沢山で豪華なので、そこだけ改善されれば、料理は満足です。
