Great hotel in a great location. I had a view of the river and the city. The room was a good size and I had no issues with noise. Check in was efficient and the staff were very helpful. The room was clean, bed large and bathroom perfect. Highly recommend staying here. Only 5 to 10 min walk from the station.

Nice, responsive, courteous staff. I’m thankful they honored my request for the river view. The location is quiet and convenient - close enough to the train station (10 minute walk) and Okonomi-Mura (18 minute walk). It worked good for our family of three, but the room is very small, even by Japanese standard. For the three-bed room, there was hardly any floor space left with no room between the beds. It’s also a bit dated.

Perfect experience at this hotel. The lobby is warm and welcoming, always receptionists there to say hello as you arrive. Every area of the hotel we saw was pristine. Our bed was extremely comfy, the amenities were amazing and always topped up. The room was comfortable and homely. Location is amazing, such a quick walk from the station and a flat journey, no need to go up and down stairs etc (excluding station, but this has their own escalators). Took us about 7 mins to walk to Hiroshima station. There are no cons, only pros to this hotel! Thank you so much.

Although I had a small room for a single, I found that it was well organized and efficient. I had a beautiful view of the river and city to make up for the room size though. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. I enjoyed the lunch at the cafe and lived their potato and cheese pizza! The neighborhood was quiet and close to the main station too.
