他地域のユニゾホテルに何泊か宿泊し、良い印象だったため泊まりましたが、今回はがっかりしました。理由は、シャンプーやボディーシャンプーの質が非常に悪くなったからです。カサカサ、パサパサしすぎ。株式の公開買付以降、コロナ禍で明らかにコストカットの影響だと思いました。次回からは使いません。

エアコンが効き過ぎて、付けっ放しだと寒く、切ると暑い、の繰り返しで夜中に何度か起きてしまいました。快適な部屋の温度を設定するのが難しかったので、改善した方が良いです。

総合的マル。

・駅の前という立地で交通の便が良く原爆ドームや繁華街も電車と徒歩で行けてとても便利。１Fは松屋の牛丼があって着いてから、そして朝食とすますことができた。バイク（２５０ｃｃ）は近くの市営駐輪場？！200円で止められた。ただ一つだけ、洗面台で顔を洗顔する際、レバーが長く洗面台の真上にあるため、目をつむった状態で顔を洗っていたら目にあたりけがをしました。ホテルの方が、チェックアウトの際気にしてくださったのですが、あれは私だけでなくほかの方も目にあたったんじゃないかと思います。洗顔の際は気を付けてください。蛇口は交換された方がいいと思います。今後クレームのもとになると思います。 ※水か熱々のお湯ならば右か左かで顔を避けれるのですがちょうどいい温度に調整すると自分の方にレバーが来ます。

2020年3月オープンしたばかり

オープンしたばかりのホテルという事もあり、設備は最新で清潔。スタッフの方々の対応も非常に親切かつ丁寧で嬉しい。また宿泊したいと思えるホテルでした。
