After a day of hiking, cycling, swimming or family activities, return to your private forest retreat, prepare dinner together and finish the evening in the hot tub or sauna.

## For families

The property is designed for a relaxed family holiday. Children have space to run, play and enjoy the outdoors without every activity needing to be planned in advance.

Please tell us the children’s ages before arrival and, when possible, we will provide suitable toys or games. Children must always be supervised around the hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, zip line and other outdoor activities.

## For dog owners

Dogs are welcome, and the large enclosed garden offers excellent conditions for a comfortable holiday together.

Although the garden is surrounded by a two-metre-high fence, owners are responsible for deciding whether the enclosure is suitable for their individual dog. Dogs must be supervised and all dog waste must be removed from the garden.

## Good to know before booking

This is a personal holiday home on a natural woodland property – not a sterile hotel or a newly built designer house. The forest is part of the experience, with trees, leaves, pine needles, birdsong and natural ground.

As with any home close to the forest, butterflies, moths, spiders, beetles and other small creatures may be present outside. If doors or windows are left open, an occasional insect may find its way indoors. This is a natural part of staying so close to nature.

The property is best suited to families and dog owners who appreciate privacy, freedom, outdoor activities and an authentic forest setting.
