Everything at the Alagon was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our four night stay. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, we felt so welcomed by the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the buffet breakfast was a 12 out of 10. 👌. The location of the hotel in HCMC is perfect - close to restaurants and major attractions. All staff was great but 1 stood out during my stay, his name is Nicholas, I met him during a complimentary coffee class the hotel provides. He began great service there. Then later on at the beautiful rooftop bar he made me some excellent drinks, then politely delivered room service in the middle of the night, then greeted me with a smile during breakfast. I rebooked another stay the next weekend because of him. Great hotel and great staff!!! Thank you for the hospitality and service!!

My room was spotless and super cute on the first night they came in to turn the bed down with a sweet dreams card. The pool was big enough to have a swim and I loved the jacuzzi.
