AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

The accommodation which the host advertised was different to the actual accommodation. 2 beds were promised but only 1 was there. I told the host that my family could not stay there because there was not enough room for us to sleep and he became very aggressive. We had to book alternative accommodation. After numerous calls & emails to hotels.com about this fraud we eventually got a partial refund but I am significantly out of pocket.
