The hotel and room were excellent. Our room was nicely appointed, clean and very luxurious. The staff was great. Although not the hotel’s fault, the street noise from an open air nightclub across the street was annoying. Loud music from 8-12pm every night would keep me from returning. Otherwise, an excellent hotel.

Breakfast was good. The American breakfast options are pretty much the same but the Asian food varies everyday. The view was nice being at the roof top. Staff were all great!

It is a pity the hotel does not share on any booking site or their own website about the extent of the noise. There are a few reviews that mention the noise but not enough to make you think it was as bad as it is. It wasn’t just at night when trying to sleep (the air plugs they give you helped a little) but we were in a room facing the night club across the road. Even worse was that we couldn’t enjoy relaxing time in the room before or after dinner - as the music started as early 6pm and we couldn’t even have a conversation without yelling. Such a pity as the rest of the hotel is lovely and clean. Great bed, great shower. And they also fail to mention the three flights of steps to go up to get to breakfast, this could be problematic for some guests, especially when it is raining.

Great hotel with some minor quirks

Lovely hotel but there were a few minor issues. Me when we got there our toilet was immediately clogged even tho we didn't use it. They sent someone to fix it ASAP but was not a good start. The room was lovely but the bathtub was poorly designed in a way that water would collect in the corner. Finally I believe in the past the breakfast was in the lobby which makes sense. However they moved it to the rooftop lounge which was a bit awkward. Overall it was a lovely hotel and we would come back to stay at the pros outweighed the cons. In The location was great and so was service. I think others complained about the neighboring bar but (at least in our room) it wasn't that loud. You could hear it but it wasn't a deterrent for sleeping.

Bach Suites Saigon is beautifully designed and well maintained – very easy on the eyes. But soundproofing was weak (could hear road and hallway noise), and hot water pressure was lacking. Still, a stylish spot with potential.

We were upgraded to a corner room. It was large with high-quality furnishings. The bathroom was excellent. The entire property is tastefully decorated( French feel). The pool was nice too. It's a small property that does not have room service or a concierge. It does what it promises though and our experience could not have been better!

This hotel is like a 6-star hotel especially by the service provided by the staff, all of which are extremely pleasant and accommodating. If there's one issue that stands out it's the fact that the dining room diesnt have enough seats for all guests which means you somtimes have to wait 15-20 minutes for a table. The staff is too polite to aporoach two persons who occupy a table for four and ask them to move. I'm only mentioning this because I'd very much like to see the issue resolved, for the sake of this wonderful hotel and its terrific staff.

This property is an oasis in what can be a very busy overwhelming city The staff were so kind and struck the perfect balance of being attentive while not intrusive The pool was wonderful and hopefully next time we visit there will be a restaurant for food and drinks The breakfast was quite simply delicious and varied without there being too many or too little choices We do want thank the staff for helping us with our friends birthday celebration she was thrilled

I stayed at the hotel for 12 days. The hotel is beautifully designed and the service is top notch. The front desk and dining room teams are well trained and have provided excellent services. Breakfast menu provided healthy and fresh options before heading out to sample local dishes.
