Very bad experience.. Dirty place. Our room get flood and there was alot of ants in the room

The room was old and tired. Wall papers were peeling from walls. The air con was nor working as it was making screeching noise. Staff did not know how to fix it except shutting it off when we needed it most. However, the staff was helpful in locating a pharmacy for emergency medicine when most places were not due to Holidays. But the staff needed to be educated and trained in keeping the noise level down for guests to rest. During Tet holidays, they held parties in the lobby, so making it so noisy for resting. You will get what you paid for. We did. Good location though.

Room is not clean, toilet is so dirty and shower is running water all the time.
