This hotel has got what it takes! Although this is not our first stay here with Caravelle (few times 15 years ago) but we decided to come back here and try it out. And we are so impressed with everything from staff, housekeeping, bell service, restaurant staff, signature lounge staff, spa service. We are very happy we made the right choice. They went above and beyond to make our trip memorable and pleasant. We will be back someday.

Impeccable service was what i noticed immediately. The humidity did cause the room to smell a bit but thats not something i can hold against the hotel. Perhaps a way to freshen the smell is a feedback. Location is amazing and id def stay again. Great value and great service. Room was a bit small and low ceiling in hallway and rooms. Thank you.

Train your staff to not deny receipts

I was denied a copy of my room service receipt by the room service personnel and told that I had to request it at check out. I requested it at checkout and was told that they have to email it to me. I was never emailed anything. So both room service personnel and the check out staff failed to complete simple tasks in denying me a receipt for purchase and then not providing it as promised via email later either

We enjoyed our stay here. We based ourselves in HCM for 8 nights. We’re not sure on their housekeeping policy is in relation to changing sheets. Didn’t appear to have any regularity as we needed to request it after one of us fell ill & soiled the bed which wasn’t picked up. Otherwise couldn’t fault it

At first I couldn’t find out what is wrong with the room, everything is nice and neat, until i found out the blanket is smell strange, its likes they wash it but didn't dry all the way so the dampness is make me feel sick ,also when I send my clothes for laundry and when I received, the clothes smelt awful, they had spray something into the clothes , and some of my clothes feel like they didn’t even washed, I want to tell the manager but I was so tired and think I only stay 1 week i dont want to make any trouble for anyone but what’s a bad experience during my stay!

Great place and I would stay again for sure

I really enjoyed the Caravelle, the front desk staff were really very helpful and I appreciated it. In fact all the staff were top notch. The pool area was dated and showing its age but the room was lovely and in my mind made up for it. I would rate the Caravelle for value 10/10 and the location was also excellent. All in all a very good experience
