체크인 전에 미리 알리지 않다가, 당일 연락을 하니 숙소 사정이 생겼다면 다른 숙소를 제공했습니다. 체크인을 담당한 직원은 우수했습니다. 체크아웃하는 날 , 건물전체 전기 문제로 아침에 체크아웃할 것을 강요받았습니다. 예행일정에 차질이 생겼고 이에 대한 배려가 없었습니다. 커피쿠폰을 제공했는데, 일방적인 보상이었습니다.
