Terrible

I booked through hotels.com to stay here. When I rang the number associated with the property to check in ( Masteri apartments are privately owned the person said that they didn't have my booking and that it was the wrong apartment. I tried to cancel, 5 days later I have heard nothing from hotels. com and to my knowledge they have taken my money.
