I’d booked 2 rooms and when we arrived they were not available. The staff were extremely helpful (and a little embarrassed) and arranged accommodation at a sister hotel several kms away. Although we were tired after a long overnight flight, the staff were lovely and I can’t fault them on the hotel’s mix up. We can’t comment on the rooms or cleanliness because we didn’t get to see anything other than the lobby.
