I stayed at Hotel EMM Saigon for 10 days, and my overall experience was excellent. Right from the moment we arrived, the staff took great care of us - helping with our luggage and even allowing us an early check-in before 2:00 PM, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious and varied every day, and the housekeeping team maintained our room perfectly throughout our stay. The reception staff were always polite, professional, and quick to answer all our queries and doubts with a smile. It’s clear that the entire management team is well-trained and committed to making guests feel comfortable. Thank you, Hotel EMM Saigon, for such warm hospitality. I don't know how to say thanks enough to all the staff in the Êem hotel. Thank you for everything you have done for my family. The hotel staff performed their duties with care and paid attention to the elderly people. I had trouble with my booking as the hotel was fully booked. That's why I have to move to the other room for my last 2 days' stay. However, the management and staff have managed for my family to stay in the same room as they worried about my parents climbing over the bath when they have a shower. All the staff are great, I like them very much, from the front desk to the housekeeping, the restaurant staff, the security... who are very polite, helpful, and friendly. The hotel location is good, it's in a safe area. There are a few famous restaurants around the block, such as Pho Hoa and Út Ca Mau seafood and the vegetarian restaurant as well. I stayed in room 604 with 2 good-sized bedrooms. The room is clean, with fresh air and large windows. Beds are comfy guaranteed a good night's sleep. Breakfast is a good variety with menu changes daily. The bonus point is that the hotel has a self-laundry where we can do washing and drying our clothes, so we just pack light.. Overall we are very satisfied and happy to spend 8 days total in Êem hotel. We don't hesitate to recommend this hotel to our family and friends. We will definitely come back to stay here again.

I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a 3 stars hotel. They have all you need, a clean room, good breakfast option, very helpful and nice staff, good location. They are all above expectation for a 3 stars hotel. They are part of Thien Minh Group, so I can feel they are doing better job than most of the other hotels at the same level. I give 4 stars rating because I think they are still have room to improve, and I definitely will choose their hotels in the future.

Basic standard hotel for a short stay. No pool alas, which would've a welcome relief from the heat and humidity of the city. A bit of a walk to get to the main attractions. Allow a good 10-15mins walk. Some tours wouldn't pick up from this hotel as it's in District 3. Most would only do from District 1. All in all, ok for friendly service and cleanliness.
