Clean and welcoming. Staff always on hand, even came around to the room on the evening asking if you want additional fresh towels. Great place to stay as in the city. Room was super quiet and there is an outside pool and inside plunge off the gym.

2 bedroom apartment was huge, with two bathrooms. Excellent location. Didn’t use the restaurant or breakfast options as there are so many cheap options at level B2. There is a Free pantry area on each level, however not many options or didn’t really see much available, as these were probably snapped up pretty quickly. Paid for a day at Nest Lounge. Although convenient, it is definitely not worth the fee that is charged. Pool area is awesome at Level 6 and the huge gym area is a shared gym in the complex-level 6. All in all, a great place to stay in the heart of HCM and shopping.

I stayed at Fusion Original Saigon Centre, Room 2016, from October 21 to 26. Unfortunately, on October 25, I discovered that my Apple AirPods—placed beside my bed—had gone missing. I left the hotel around 12:54 PM (as confirmed by my Grab timestamp), and according to the Find My iPhone feature, the AirPods were still in the vicinity at around 2:00 PM. I only returned to the room at 7:00 PM, and it wasn’t until I headed to the gym at 8:00 PM that I realized they were no longer there. I’m not suggesting any wrongdoing, and it’s possible someone may have picked them up by accident. Still, losing a personal item inside a hotel room left me feeling uneasy and took away from what could have been a more pleasant stay

Stand out for this hotel were the staff. Helpful in all respects. Position of the hotel in a shopping centre seems strange at first, but to be honest the location was awesome in the middle of district 1, but also the options for eating and shopping.

This property inside a shopping mall, noisy and heavy traffic. Very limited if lights, room too dark. Room layout looked Modern, very nice ans comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast not too many option of food. Staffs overall very nice and friendly. If you stay at this location you will need expect delay taxi due to very busy location.
