Nice service from the staff, like on a 5* hotel. Comfortable beds, but missing a desk in the room to work from instead of a (too) high coffee table. Breakfast is good but the room is crowded and it can be hard to get a table. There is nothing to do in the area, but you can take a Grap to the EON mall nearby.

This hotel is really new, clean and very comfortable. Although a 50mins ride by taxi to town it wasn't too much of a problem as taxi rides cost about USD15 . Excellent getaway, nice pool, pool bar, deck and gym facility. Toilet and bath area were well designed. Beds were soft to sleep in. AC was good and cold in the afternoon heat of Saigon. Certainly for me a delightful stay experience.

I stayed in room 207, which is for disabled guests. The bathroom had no door or water barrier, just a curtain, so water would flow all over the bathroom floor. It was terrible.
