I forgot my sweater and sunglasses in the closet of the room I was staying in. When I came back to get them, the hotel said they couldn't find them. It was really disappointing that I forgot the above items for only a few hours and couldn't find them. It was just a used sweater and sunglasses. I won't come back here because I don't feel safe when I'm here.

The hotel's receptionist was nice and tried to help but unfortunately the hotel rooms for this location and a nearby location werent clean and I really feel like paying overprice while not having a good sleep. The location is nice with good food and locals, fortunately.

Laundry service offered was bad. Location good.

Good location, very central. Staff very kind. Rooms okay, beds reasonably comfy but they are dated. They need to be better at making sure people are quiet at a certain time, walls were thin and we could hear shouting at midnight and early hours. Then at 6 am someone decided to leave their door wide open with their TV loud??? This has happened a few times on our Asia trip. It’s very strange and rude. Please tell customers to be more considerate of others. DO NOT USE THEIR LAUNDRY SERVICE. Our clothes weren’t washed with soap and they didn’t smell anymore fresh than they were when we sent them. Also multiple items came back with damage to them which is annoying.

Decent & affordable hotel.

Hotel is down an alley away from the noise of the busy street. Clean room & decent water pressure. Plenty of food options at the doorstep & beer drinking street only a 2 minute walk away. My room had no window, but that wasn’t a negative. Staff are warm, friendly & speak English. Best to have data & google maps when first finding the hotel.

Felix Hotel offered me a pleasant stay. It is well located close to the main attractions in Ho Chi Minh City, where you can easily walk to travel agencies, pubs, restaurants, and convenience stores. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to have a good time in Saigon. The staff is very supportive and there is a Cafeteria next to the Hotel with a kind lady who offers good and not expensive breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Staffs were not very nice and all they care is trying to get you to upgrade asking for more money. When I asked to have a house keeping to come in to clean my room, I noticed some of my valuable was lost. They kept saying that they will review the camera but never did. Whenever I have a guest coming to visit me, the staffs said I needed to pay extra for them to stay overnight. Staffs are all money hunger. Very bad service. I never come back again.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel. We like it because it is close to Bui Vien walking street. We were a little disappointed how old and dirty the towels were. Ours looked like they have been used since the 90's. There were holes in them. Will probably not stay here again next time I am in town. Too many choices to put up with a hotel too cheap to replace their towels frequently.
