we have been in five different hotels in four weeks traveling across Asia. this was the most spacious in nicest we’ve been in. The only fault was the bathing area. the shower valve would allow very cold water while showering and the handheld shower was only able to spray stair almost past you

The free breakfast buffet was good but lack variety. It was the same menu the fives days we're there. Room service was convenient in all hours and reasonable priced. Overall the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms and the facility was clean and orderly. Their concierge was also very helpful in tour and excursion choices.

Large room. Clean and comfortable. A bit old and tired but great value for money. Lovely enthusiastic staff. Very good service from the wider team. Breakfast was limited and I’d have preferred to skip it. Overall, I’d visit again, and recommended the new annexe. Spa service available but didn’t use - MEN only which I found strange.

The room (First Executive Deluxe new wing) is spacious for 2 people. The bathroom is also very spacious and clean. The staff (Miss Owen and Others) is very friendly and helpful. The free ride to the airport is on time, the driver helped me get the cart and loaded my luggage. I would definitely stay here again.
