Amazing Hotel

We had an incredible experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with a nice drinks. staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome ( this is our second time to stay in this beautiful hotel) Everyone was genuinely friendly, professional, and attentive – they truly made our stay feel special. Kati made sure that our room is ready before we even arrived. I told Kati that I need a spa after a long day and she made me appointment right away and she even called me to reminded me for my spa appointment. She is very attentive and made you feel at home. Room is very clean and cozy perfect place to unwind after a busy day. The amenities were absolutely fantastic. From the well-equipped fitness center and relaxing spa (must try) It’s clear that the hotel team takes great pride in providing exceptional service and creating a memorable guest experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free getaway!

Amazing Hotel like a home away from home

The hotel staff is very friendly, customer centric, and especially; Kati who is the manager. She was very attentive to our needs and made us feel at home. Her persona and willingness to go the extra miles was infectious and she was a beacon of light. She took great pride in her work and we truly want to commend, her exceptional customer care and extreme ownership. Lastly, Levi was spectacular and took great pride in his work, and his passion took center stage. If we decide to go back to Vietnam, we have a home to stay at because Kati made us feel at home. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was wonderful. When we were leaving, Kati made certain we had a ride to get to the airport and she made sure, the driver was going to take us to the right terminal. Kati, thank you for everything and continue to shine like a beacon of light. You make this place wonderful.
