Conveniently located near Bui Vien walking streets that was my main pick of this hotel. It tucked in the alley just a few steps from Pham Ngu Lao main street. The front desk service was extremely professional and friendly. I would stay here again.

VIP suite is not so VIP

Location is the only reason to choose this hotel. It’s very close to some good simple restaurant options and the right distance to walking street (close enough to stumble back after a night of heavy drinking but not too close you still hear all the party going on). Amenities of the property are non-existent.

False advertising/Bait and switch.

False advertising, booked a room that was materially different than what was shown on the booking. Brought it up to the receptionist and was told that this is how they do business. They said it’s common for them to provide rooms that don’t match the booking description. Would not ever recommend to anymore. Will never return.
