My stay here was very average. Although the room and bathroom were very clean, I had a problem with noise. The rooms are advertised as sound proofed and contained blackout curtains which was false. I booked this as I wanted a quiet place I could recover after a health mishap. However, there was no sound proofing at all and I could hear the rooms next door whenever they went to the toilet and their doors closing. The blinds also let way too much light in. When I raised this with expedia who then contacted the hotel they refused to refund any of the money. For the amount I paid for this room I was left quite disappointed.
