The room is very dirty and old, nothing is working in kitchen i asked to repair or replace it but they told me if someone is staying for too long they can help otherwise for 4 days they cant help i had to change hotel.

This is another false advertisement from Expedia the picture of the front is completely wrong and mislead people when look at the property. Luckily the front desk was nice enough to arrange another property for me to move out.

Room was dirty, especially the floor. Wardrobe door broken. Curtains falling off the hooks. No one serviced the room for 3 days even though we asked. Had to ask for toilet paper. Tiny bathroom. Hard bed and pillows. Washing machine dryer doesn’t work. It’s just run down old hotel. Staff were always smiling which was the only thing I can say was decent about it.

The property itself was ok but the surrounding was really bad. The areas near hotel is dirty. People leaves there dirty items right in front hotel. Food truck really bad that doesnt provide good impression to the hotel. People washing the dishes in buckets right in front of the hotel. The structure of the hotel pavement was really bad. I would not stay here again.

Hanz 345 Hotel & Apartment is perfectly situated near Bui Vien Walking Street and Ben Thanh Market. The spacious rooms and apartments are well-furnished and offer a comfortable stay. フライトの関係でチェックインが1時頃になったのですが、事前に連絡との事でメッセージを送ったのですが返信なし、当日のフロントに着くまで不安でした。幸いにもスタッフの方がいらしたので、チェックインはできたのですが、数日のベトナム滞在だと伝えているにも関わらず、ビザの期限が切れているとなど言われ、旅行客に慣れていない印象を受けました。何度か説明をしてチェックインはできたのですが、次は部屋がシャワーヘッドにカビが生えている、ゴミ箱も中にゴミが入ったままの状態、窓のようなものが付いていて、鍵が掛からない。外は空間で鉄格子が付いていて、誰も入ってはこれなさそうでしたが、女2人だったので、不安でした。申し訳なかったのですが4泊の予定でしたが、1泊のみで他のホテルを取り直してチェックアウトさせてもらいました。
