清潔な部屋で間取りも広く、景観も素晴らしかった。親切なホストとも緊密にやり取りができて言う事無し。強いて文句を言うなら下のwinmartの女性店員が現金支払いの際に毎回お釣りをちょろまかそうとすることくらい。

Enttäuschende Erfahrung

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht den Erwartungen, da wichtige Informationen über die Nutzung der Einrichtungen in der Beschreibung und Check-In fehlten. Der Fitnessraum, der auf den Bildern zu sehen war, stand nur Langzeitgästen zur Verfügung, was in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde. Wir wollten auch den Pool nutzen, aber obwohl zu der Zeit nur drei Personen anwesend waren, wurde uns der Zugang verweigert. Bis heute ist mir der Grund unklar – eventuell war eine Reservierung erforderlich. Hierzu fehlten jedoch jegliche Informationen, sowohl in der Hotelbeschreibung als auch beim Check-in. Der Vermieter konnte uns den Tag auch nicht weiterhelfen. In der Küche gab es nicht genug Geschirr, was den Komfort beeinträchtigte. Das Apartment selbst war ansonsten in Ordnung. Beim Check-out wurde Gepäck nur gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr extern aufbewahrt. Insgesamt hatten wir uns mehr Transparenz und besseren Service gewünscht. Am Ende haben wir nicht das bekommen, was wir eigentlich gebucht hatten!
