Great help from hotel personnel (Jannie Eforea spa

The staff was super friendly, I was treated with kindness upon arrival by the hotel staff . I was at the swimming pool where I met Jannie from Eforea spa inside the Hilton . I was having a bad day but Jannie came to check on me to see if I was okay . As I was going through own personal issues back home im USA . She really went out of her way to check on the well being of hotel residents she is a great asset to the team . I hope she has a stellar career at Hilton hotels . The industry needs more people like her

From the main entry on the ground floor to the check-in counter on the 9th floor, all the way up to the restaurant, my wife and I were welcomed with utmost courtesy and wonderful service. The breakfast buffet at Strand restaurant—complete with fresh coconut juice, abundant selection of pastries and fruits—was a sight to behold!
