Rooms are dated and in need of renovations. A portable humidifier is in the room to lower the humidity level. The bathtub / shower is a challenge to make work and you need be be careful not to slip and fall in the tub. The gym is extremely dated. The hotel has the opportunity to be 5-stars. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is good. Time to renovate.

I go to Ho Chi Minh City every year and I've always stayed in this hotel. It has real character to it. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The rooftop bar is fantastic to have a drink at night time.

Everything about the Hotel Majestic is a peaceful recharge to your visit. There are staff that can help you with EVERYTHING! Wonderful touches in the rooms. Wreaths for Christmas on your door. Everything about our stay at the Hotel Majestic Saigon was excellent! Our suite was gorgeous, the hotel and restaurant staff were very helpful and courteous, the breakfast buffet was wonderful as were meals in the restaurants, and we loved the rooftop bar! Clean room. Happy to be provided with a suite. Very comfortable. Perhaps could be more options to have a stand alone shower rather than shower over the bath. Have stayed a number of times over the years and staff are always warm, friendly and very helpful.

Everything was great, staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Had our room ready early for us to check in after an early arrival. Excellent location, easy walk to all sights. Lovely breakfast with huge array of options. Only slight comment is shower temp was a bit erratic, but overall a truely wonderful hotel.
