Little Japan, Lots of Love and Comfort

Great price and location. Good size. Room is very comfy and just needs a little more deep clean. Place was pretty clean but just a few spots had some dust and glass spots. Great night life and my room was high enough that I didn't hear any noise. The front desk, Vinh carried my bag up five flights. Thanks! Cam anh. He was very helpful in my check in

Very small hotel undergoing renovations so it was quite dusty. Receptionist couldn’t speak English so of limited help. Location was convenient.

The room was...

Staffs are not kind. They don't want to work in there. It's bathroom was really dirty. It was a hard time because there were too many cockroaches in the room. I don't recommend here.

午後6時以降の到着には、電話でホテルに連絡する様に、書いて有りましたので、電話しましたが、連絡先の電話が使われていませんでした。そしてホテルの前に行って、電話番号を調べて 電話しましたが、30分位したら別のホテルに連れて行かれました。こんな経験は初めてです。最悪です。 エクスペディアも良く選定して、ホームページに載せるべきです。

お勧めできません。

ホーチミンでは50泊以上していますが、最も酷い宿泊施設でした。 掲載している情報と実態が違いすぎます。 ・WiFi 無料 　→ルーターが壊れていました。滞在途中で直したようでしたが。 　　施設側は壊れていることを認識しているのに直していなかった。 ・毎日のハウスキーピング 　→実際は月・水・金のみでした。しかも掃除は相当適当です。 　　しかも台所の洗い物も洗ってくれません。　　 ・セルフサービスのランドリー 　→無かったです。無料のバレットランドリーはありましたが月・水・金だけです。 ・対応言語　ベトナム語日本語英語 　→日本語は確実に受け付けてくれません。英語も通じませんでした。 ・スリッパ 　→ありません。フロントに言ってもらいました。 ・バスアメニティ (無料) 　→ありません。ついでにトイレットペーパーもありません。要求したら「滞在が長いから提供しません」と言われました。 ここまでがHotels.comに記載している情報と相違がある部分です。 最後に「ご到着が 18:00 を過ぎる場合は、24 時間前までに施設にご連絡ください。連絡先は予約確認通知に記載されています。」とあったので、電話したら、全然違う人の電話番号でした。 ということで二度と泊まらないのは勿論ですが、全くお勧めできない宿泊施設です。
