Clean and modern. Breakfast is all catering to Asians so if you don’t like Asian food don’t have breakfast. Like many Asian hotels they don’t have milk (powdered or liquid) for tea. I asked for milk and was told to go to the local convenience store but as it was rush hour and I would have got mowed down by mopeds I declined. I asked the cafe and they were going to give me a glass full and charge me so again I declined and did without my tea. Apart from that the hotel was lovely

No one could speak English during early morning when we had to leave for airport. It was chaos to try to get them to understand anything. The hotel is very far from any good shops n restaurants and it cost 💲 us lots to have to use grab all the time. Their breakfast is plain awful the eggs are cooked in advance probably hours ahead and very few offerings on the buffet the cheapest breakfast buffet we have saw in Asia

I had a very good time in Le Saigon grand hotel. Most staff are friendly. The bell man ( his name Tran Huu Nguyen) he is very friendly, grateful, good job) he helps me every thing when I get in and get out. Thank you for everything and recommend this hotel for everyone. I will stay here every time I back to Viet Nam.

Room was something we wasn't expecting, didn't have any day light so complained manager kindly upgraded to better Room with more daylight, though view wasn't pleasant, sorry to say BUT breakfast the worst we've experienced, same every day no orange juice, just cordial with water no much choice especially for vegetarians in 5 days we've NOT eaten, no fresh egg station. Tea/ coffee cold, i would have liked sausages, grilled tomatoes, beans, fresh sunny side eggs, staff at restaurant do not look happy, and not helpful.

Only stayed for 1 night but was very comfortable. Tub is very high and a bit small and open (no door/curtain). Very awesome staff. Left my jacket in the lobby by accident and they kept it safe for me.

Bathroom is flooding due to not a have separation between shower sink and toilet. Location is not great. far from all the shopping centers and good restaurants and all the tourist spots , the hotel is clean because it’s new nice bed . The only downside is too far from the nice district and also the bathroom flooding
