Little Dough Entire Urban House 4BRs and 4 bathrooms

A small, lovely brand new traditional street house (3-story-house) with modern interior design and decoration. Right in the heart of the city, just few kilometers (20 minutes walking) away from infamous backpacker street Bui Vien, in a safe and quiet local area. We love the house itself and decided to turn it into an Airbnb to people who need simple bedrooms during their stay.

An entire house consists of:
- Ground floor: small parking space & living room and shared kitchen & bathroom / toilet
- Mezzanine: bedroom 1 with private bathroom / toilet
- 2nd floor: bedroom 2 & bedroom 3 (balcony) & shared bathroom / toilet
- 3rd floor: bedroom 3 with private bathroom / toilet

Our caretakers are available if there is an urgent need and our staff is available to assist with setting up airport transportation with notice. Also weekly cleaning can be arranged. We provide complimentary toiletries and can bring extras if neccessary. Laundry service can also be arranged, please let us know if you plan to utilize this service ahead of time so we can be sure to have staff on schedule. If something is lacking, have concerns please ask so that they can address it in a timely fashion. We want to be sure that you have a great experience in our space.

PLEASE BE NOTED:
There is no dryer for laundry. Please hang dry your clothes or we can offer laundry service, the laundry stuff would be sent to us by Grab express for being taken care.

Car can not access to the house, as the alley is only 3.5m wide.

Lovely

Little Dough was a very pleasant stay. The location is perfectly situated in District 3, very close to delicious food all around. It is a very cheap Grab fare to nearby District 1. The air conditioning in each room was such a luxury and a wonderful respite from the heat. The property is located down a small alley and we encountered friendly neighbors. Make sure to stop by the lovely soup lady down the alley. Communication with Hoa was excellent and prompt. We really enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely stay here again!
