Banging and construction noise in the surrounding rooms every morning. I complained, but two days later they were at it again. The conference room is used early with loudspeakers and music — the rooms have zero soundproofing. If you like staying out late and sleeping in, good luck. The sky bar only opens in the evenings, so you can’t even enjoy a cocktail by the pool during the day. No clear signage out the front, making the hotel hard to find both day and night. The toilet kept blocking up. Staff don’t speak very good English, which made ordering room service and basic communication pretty difficult. 1 star — would not stay here again.

The room was great. Very clean and well service by Mrs Moon who bought us fresh bananas every day. The breakfast was excellent and the eggs cooked so well by chef Trung we delicious and very quick. Staff in the restaurant John, Ruby and Mo couldn't have been nicer. Had a few drinks in the sky bar of an evening overlooking the market square which was a great way to spend a few hours.checkinf in was a breeze thanks to the reception staff Kane and Trixie and last but no least a big shout out to Jade who went out of her way to help me sort out my phone and made the best Vietnamese coffee.

The room was potless and cleaned to a great standard everyday by Mrs Moon. The breakdast food was very good and chef Trung makes the best omelette in the world. The reception staff are all first class especially Jade who is an amazing staff member and nothing was too much trouble. She is the shining light within this hotel. I will be coming back.

The location is the best location we could ever find. To all attractions maximum 20 mins walk. Lots of cafes and restaurants. The rooms are relatively small. We expected a bit more space and higher quality. But not too bad.

Amazing staffs, great location.

We have been in Viet Nam for the last three weeks and we loved staying at this hotel the most. The location near Ben Thanh market within the district #1. 10 minutes to walking street Bui Vien. 2 minutes to the nearest metro station. What we love the most is the amazing staffs who went above and beyond to make sure that we feel comfortable. Shoutout to 1) From the reception: Trixie, Jade, Jason,Toan, Kane 2) Restaurant: Johny and John. 3) Binh, the maid on the 2nd floor. Thank to you all who made our trip to Saigon is a memorable one.

They over booked and send me to an hotel that was not a 4 star.. It was a small room with no windows and not so much accommodations. Felt like a motel.
