Guest access
The apartment is automatically locked with a passcode. I will text (or email) you the passcode 1 day before your arrival. You can use this passcode to enter the house. The Resident's Access Cards will be left on reception. Please bring this card with you as it is needed to access the building, use the elevator and use free of the gym, tennis court, golf court. When checking out, please leave the card on the TV cabinet in the living room and close the door, turn off the light and air condition when you leave. The apartment is all yours with 24/7 entrance and no curfew.
Other things to note
1. CLEANING SERVICE is provided upon request. It is USD10/time. Please let me know 1 day in advance.
2. AIRPORT PICK UP: You should inform us about the date of your flight, flight arrival time and flight number at least 1 business day in advance. In case of any unexpected event such as flight delays/cancellations please inform us as soon as possible. Its cost $20. Don't worry if you arrive late at night or early in the morning, we will be waiting for you at the airport.
3. LONG TERM BOOKING: For long-term rental doesn't include electricity, pls ask about availability before booking.
4. TOUR: We highly recommend you take advantage of HCM Tour's donation-based City Tour run by university students looking for cultural exchange opportunities with foreign travelers. It's very popular among our guests and we believe it's better and cheaper than most of the paid options out there. It’ll give you a very good orientation of the city and help you take note of some landmarks to be able to get around. If you want to go to the Cu Chi Tunnels, the Mekong Delta, as well as Evening Food Adventure. We will help you with many options to explore the south of Vietnam
