Потрясающе было всё!!! Хозяйка большая молодец! Заселение лёгкое по чёткой инструкции, квартира блестела, идеально чистая, красивая ,большая! Есть всё необходимое, даже ушные палочки были красивые! The host was so kind and helpful. I’ve stayed at several Luxury Landmark 81 Urban Apartment, but this was the first place where I experienced such genuine friendliness and consideration. The accommodation was also very clean, well prepared, and perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend it!

very nice place to be. about 20mn drive from district 1 ( 200 000 dôngs on grab). very clean and confortable. i recommand , a couple of shops downstairs and nice place to do nails ( Victory nails). Authentics people around you, happy to help you.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wie zu Hause gefühlt! Das Apartment entspricht genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Die Gastgeberinnen waren jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Die Lage ist etwas vom Zentrum entfernt, die Innenstadt kann mit dem Grab/Taxi aber gut erreicht werden. Viele Restaurants und lokale Shops sind in der Nähe.

Great value for the price! The room had everything I needed for a short stay — a clean bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a window with lots of natural light. The place is also right in the heart of the Old Quarter, so it's within walking distance to almost all the main tourist spots here.

Beware of this property. It is not an apartment in the landmark 81 tower and it sure DOES NOT look like the photos provided. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 families. We arrived late to Vietnam and were extremely tired. We were dropped off by our transfer outside of the impressive Landmark 81 tower. A representative of the booking barely greeted us. He took us across the road to a completely separate building and tried to check us into a small and terrible looking apartment. We argued and argued. He then showed us another apartment in another building. It was slightly better but still not like the photos on Expedia. There were bugs around the kitchen and other areas, and it smelt like cigarettes. We were so tired that we agreed to stay at this location. The alternative was no accomodation for that night. The children were extremely upset. This property on Expedia is false advertising and NOT in the Landmark 81 tower. The photos were definitely not what was advertised. Terrible customer service by the “representative” who clearly mislead travellers. This was a terrible stay and start to our Vietnam holiday. Fortunately, the rest of our holiday was amazing.
