Worth the price. In heart of d1. 5 min walk from van buein 12 minute walk from other walking street. One of few places in d1 thats quiet and you can sleep. Host are very friendly and responsive. Can use passcode for room. Condo clean and as posted. No bugs or insects which is rare in this part of asia. 5 star. Would recommend it to family and friends

This is a very suitable place for those traveling alone. Phuong is a very kind host. He took care of me very attentively, from transportation and meals to health. The apartment is clean and spacious for a traveler. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City to my friends ;)

Location is great for going to many popular places and right next to downtown. Building has pretty good swimming pool and gym, with 24 hours security, convenience store on ground floor. This place has really high-speed internet for the places I have been in at Vietnam.

This is a place of peace in this chaotic city. It has beautiful public spaces, done in an art deco style with great taste. There is variety in the restaurants, including a nice rooftop bar, a fancy French retaurant and a good continental restaurant. It has a nice pool and workout area and is generally a nice place to stay.
