Great place for solo travelers. The room is small, with no windows, but it doesn't feel stuffy and is cozy. There is even a small fridge. All amenities are fully available. There's a washing machine on the rooftop and parking in the basement (requires use of a lift system). Clean and comfortable. Communication with the host is extremely easy and helpful.

The host is very kind and has no inconvenience with quick answers. The accommodation was quiet and perfect for swimming pool and exercise. No matter where you tour, you are in a good location and if you want to clean, you can check the satisfactory cleaning status with a little money. I'm a very sensitive style. Phuong was a lovely host, responsive to all communications and very nice. The apartment is in a residential area with security so it's very safe, but it is a 20min journey to district 1 via scooter/car. The views from the apartment are amazing! I can't recommend enough

I had a great stay here! The room looks exactly like the pictures, clean, bright, and simple, with all the basic essentials you need. I was even about to request a full-body mirror because the space is that comfortable and well set-up. The host is very nice and accommodating, and the check-in process was super easy even though I arrived early in the morning. The location is also very convenient, easy to find on the map and my Grab driver had no trouble locating it. The room is well-airconditioned, and the bathroom has a heater which was a big plus. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and definitely worth recommending!

Phuong is an outstanding host - by far the most responsive I’ve ever encountered. When there was an issue with the original listing, she generously upgraded us to one of her high-end apartments, which truly elevated our Saigon experience. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with extra amenities, and the checkout process was refreshingly relaxed, something that’s rare these days.
