The property was nice with a clean pool, but very poor customer service. We were greeted with hostility upon arriving at the accommodation, taking over 30 mins to retrieve our booking details. Moreover, receptionist barely understood any English and there were charges for basic amenities and services such as towels and bed sheets. Great view and pool, but wouldn't recommend if looking for an all inclusive accomodation.

Pros..large roomy apt rooms. Could be cleaned better. Location is great. Cons… Rooms are not soundproof, loud music and street noise until early morning hours. None of the staff could speak English so it was difficult to understand. We booked 2 nights here. On the afternoon of the first night they came and told us we would have to switch rooms tomorrow to have the smoke alarm checked. The next day came they told us to come back around 2 to switch our rooms. After waiting around they finally told us they didn’t have a room available that we would have to move to another hotel in town. Which we declined, because it was too far away and we didn’t want to be in town. Then they told us we would have to contact Expedia ourselves to get a refund, which we finally did receive. But super frustrating and inconvenient when you’re on vacation and have to figure out where to stay when we had a room already booked.
