We were welcomed back by the friendly door staff and the reception staff. Our porter took our luggage to our room and was so helpful. He showed us lighting TV and air còn.

I was put in a room with a direct view of the top of the atrium. The area around the atrium was awfully dirty. I had to close the blinds to avoid seeing the dirt. I would like the management to contact the taxi driver who forced me to pay him 130K Viet dong because he had no change. He still asked for more tips on top of that. He drove recklessly, with both hands often off the wheel. One of the concierge staff ordered this taxi. This is not a good way to send off a customer.

My Stay was Good, i was looking at late Check out with the Hotel & was asked by the Hotel to pay for 1 1/2 day stay which I agreed too, But they are charging me there normal rate & not according to the rate I paid for when I booked the hotel on your website. Staffs spoke fluent English and provide great services. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean. It lacks a business room like a printer and a copier. The laundry was too scented, had to re-washed.
