室内やエアコン等の設備は多少古さを感じたが、清掃がされており清潔感があった。また最上階で食べられる日替わりの朝食が景色も良く、美味しかった。気になった点としては、ホテルが車やバイクの往来が多い道路沿いに面している為、騒音が大きく熟睡することができなかった。ただ、エクスペディアのチェックイン時の初回口コミで騒音の点を記載したところ、ホテルのマネージャーらしき女性から直ぐに部屋に連絡があり、お詫びと高層階の部屋へ無料で移動させてもらえた。マネージャー含め、フロントやホテルのスタッフは笑顔で対応してくれとても好感が持てた。機会があればまた次回も利用したいと思う。

係の方みなさん感じがいいです。どこからきたのか聞かれ、日本だと答えると顔を合わせる度に簡単な日本語で話しかけてくれた方もいました。朝食のフォーは日替わりで2回いただきましたがどちらも美味しかったです。あと、鶏肉とライチの煮物があったんですが、それも美味しかったです。部屋のお風呂はバスタブがなくシャワーのみのタイプでした。他の部屋でシャワーを利用していると水が出にくくなるようです。部屋の位置によるかもしれないですが、市場が近いので早朝から深夜まで騒がしいので耳栓など用意した方がいいでしょう。チェックアウト後に19時半頃まで荷物を預かってもらいました。荷物を取りに戻ったとき、雷雨が凄かったんですが、日本語で挨拶してくれたボーイさんがタイミングよく居たホテルの送迎係さんを呼んでくれておそらくタクシーよりも安く空港まで送ってもらえました。

Bem abaixo da expectativa.

Hotel simples, equipe do lobby atenciosa, localizado bem no centro velho de Saigon.Café da manhã fraco ( para um ocidental), num terraço com uma bela vista da cidade; banheiro sem ralo mo chuveiro, transborda o box e molha o piso - o ralo é fora do box! Ar condicionado não funciona direito. Tem um spa com massagem, mas depois elas ficam importunando por causa de gorjeta. Pelo preço, creio que exista coisa melhot.

Toppenhotell med bra läge!

Fantastisk personal både i reception, resturang och övrigt, vi blev positivt överraskade från första stund. Rummet hade bra storlek och var rent och fräscht. Bra resturang på översta våningen, de serverade en fantastisk frukost som överraskade varje morgon. Bra läge med många sevärdheter i närområdet, dessa fick vi bra information om redan vid incheckning och inringade på en karta vi fick med oss. Absolut över förväntan och vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotellet!

ベンタイン市場まで約300m位の距離。市場が閉まった後は露店が並ぶナイトマーケットヒト、モノ、カネが乱立しこれぞthe!ﾎｰﾁﾐﾝ!を体感出来ます❗ ホテルの各スタッフもいつも笑顔で接してくれてとても気持ち良かったです! 特にドアマンのおっちゃんが毎朝近くの両替屋まで連れて行ってくれて。。おまけにホテル近くにあるフォーの美味しい店にも案内してくれる始末。。自分の仕事も後回しで動いてくれる！のんきで陽気。国民性なのかな？((笑) もう一人はレストランのボーイさん! 私たちのウエディングphotoのお手伝いを無償でやってくれました❗ 建物自体は古く設備面では満足出来なかった部分は有りましたが...その他は皆さんフレンドリーで最高でした❗ レストランでは毎朝の無料朝食が種類も豊富で美味しかったです。私たちはフォーとベトナム風オムレツを特別に作ってもらえました！日本で言う裏メニュー的なもので無料でした(笑) 次もきっとこのホテルに滞在しようと決めてます！

The aircond in our room wasn't working, but the hotel replaced it with a portable cooling fan. It wasn't perfect, but it did the job. Breakfast was alright. There are halal options, but the halal/non-halal signs aren't very visible. Building is slim and goes up to level 11, hence it can be a long wait for the lift.

Great location, good value

Really appreciated the luxury room upgrade we got. Enjoyed the jacuzzi! The lower street noise levels on the higher floor also helped us get a better night’s sleep. Breakfast was good!

Towels, old and in very bad condition, are still being used . Many of them are discolored and torned. I asked hotel staffs to replace them. Another set of towels were sent but dont see any better.

괜찮은 호텔

급하게 잡았는데 암막 커튼이 생각보다 잘 되어 있어 낮에도 편하게 잘 수 있고 좋았음. 소음도 심하지 않고 편하게 지내다 올 수 있었음. 다만 반미를 먹다가 바닥에 좀 흘렸었는데 조금 이따가 보니 바닥에 개미들이 돌아다니기 시작함.... 그것 말고는 서비스도 좋고 편하게 묵을 수 있어 좋았음.

Disappoint stay

Definitely not worth the price. Only good point is the location. The room is run down. Toilet door spolit. Even after house keeping and find many hairs. No free WiFi and don't even have a "do not disturb" tag. Only 1 lift and smelly.

Excellent hotel

Centralised location, near to Ben Tanh market and shops. Staff can speak English and helpful. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and the Captain was very helpful and friendly.
